Batu Bolong Temple
Located inside Tanah Lot Temple complex, This unique temple can be reach about 5 minutes walk from Tanah Lot temple.
Garuda Wisnu Kencana Statue
The main part of gigantic statue of Garuda Wisnu which is intended to be one of the tallest and largest and modern day sculptures in the world. Located in Ungasan Village can be reached about one hour from Tanah Lot Temple.
Precariously located at the point of sheer cliff on the island’s southern peninsula. It is one of the oldest and most important temple in Bali. Travelers rave about Uluwatu Temple’s stunning cliff-side locale and beautiful architecture. Perched on a steep cliff 70-metres above the roaring Indian Ocean – is what makes this place a sight to behold.
Note: The monkeys around the temple can be aggressive, they snatch up mobile phone and glasses from unsuspecting travelers. So please secure all your jewelry, sunglasses and mobile phone inside zipped bag.
Watch Kecak Dance on The Uluwatu Cliff Side.
One of Bali’s most memorable Kecak Dance performance can be witnessed on sunset that begins at 6 p.m. A group of 60 men dressed only in sarongs and red hibiscus tucked behind the ears, swarm onto the circular open air stage. Be prepared, the performance involves loud chants of “cak, cak, cak” – a sound you won’t be forgetting anytime soon.
Seafood Dinner at Jimbaran Bay
Sitting at your table in the sand, with the lively atmosphere around and the ocean in front of you is not to be missed. Expect a simple yet very Balinese fare of freshly caught seafood, spiced and marinated to the island’s culinary traditions, and grilled over coconut husks. We love the rather romantic atmosphere – savor your food by candles and moonlight, and listen to the soft crash of waves. This is island living at its most authentic!
